Berry Basil Bliss

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a blender, combine mixed berries, lemon juice, agave syrup, and basil leaves.
Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture into a glass to remove seeds and pulp.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour coconut water over the ice.
Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
Sip and savor the delightful Berry Basil Bliss!

 

Cucumber Mint Cooler Mocktail

Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup tonic water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a glass, muddle cucumber slices with lime juice and agave syrup.
Add fresh mint leaves and muddle slightly to release flavors.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour tonic water over the ice.
Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
Garnish with additional cucumber slices and mint leaves.

Citrus Mint Sparkler Mocktail

Citrus Mint Sparkler

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a shaker, combine orange juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup.
Shake well until the sweetener is dissolved.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the citrus mixture over the ice.
Top it off with sparkling water.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
